We're back to discuss the NBA offseason. This last week saw LeBron to the Lakers and DeMarcus Cousins to the Warriors. So, all in all, pretty boring.
The LeBron James offseason has begun! The Lakers get another Hall of Famer via free agency, and all is right in the NBA once again. As I've said countless times, LeBron James is already the greatest NBA player ever, and at this point he's just running up the score. With that said, there's one NBA record I once thought insurmountable I think LeBron may be trying to tackle: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's career points!
As many of you know, I am not a huge consumer of NCAA basketball. I tend to find out who the bast draft prospects are this time of year (right before the draft), and usually by consulting friends and colleagues such as David Berri or Arturo Galletti.
I know not all of you share my dispassion, however, and given that the draft is mere hours away, I thought I'd try to get some numbers up on the site. Dr. Berri was kind enough to offer me his spreadsheet of numbers, and I've put them up here:
