1. Kyrie Irving shot amazingly and tacked on four steals in a win at Atlanta. For a brief second this season the Nuggets held the record for most made threes in a regular season game. Kyrie's five made threes helped the Cavs take the crown with twenty-five made threes. Oh well!
2. Jokic's triple-double at Milwaukee isn't even his best game of the week (see below, every Jokic game made the list!) That said, he racked up his fourth triple-double of the season! The Nuggets haven't had a player with more than three triple-doubles in an NBA season (Dikembe did it in the 1993-1994 season) since the days of Fat Lever!
3. Julius Randle's twenty-three point, eighteen rebound performance may show the Magic reign of the Lakers will focus on young players. Sadly, it wasn't enough as the Lakers still fell to the Hornets. Still, Randle might be something special.
4. Rudy Gobert was the Jazz's MVP in an overtime win at Sacramento. Gobert's rebounds and blocks were absurd, his usual forte. Of course, his super efficient scoring (16 points on twelve shots) is also standard for him. Utah is going to be scary come playoff time (if George Hill stays healthy)
5. Jokic makes the list again! This time for a triple-double at Chicago. Seriously, Jokic does everything. As I keep saying, he's the best player from the 2014 draft.
6. More Jokic I say! Sadly, Jokic was the only Nugget starter that put up good numbers in a loss to Charlotte. With how bad the rest of the Nuggets played, though, it took Jokic's absurd performance to only lose by 10.
7. Westbrook's best game of the week isn't a triple-double? The Thunder lost to the Suns, but you can't exactly fault Westbrook, he shot efficiently, pulled down boards, and got three steals. His assist to turnover ratio was mediocre, but nobody's perfect.
8. LeBron James put up a great game and a triple-double in a loss to the Celtics. Candidly, at this point in his career, this game was pretty ho-hum (only 40 points on only 57.1% True Shooting?) Still, it earns a spot.
9. Tyler Ulis makes the "rookie spot" on the list. The Suns took down the Celtics in large part thanks to Ulis' performance: twenty points on absurd shooting and an assist to turnover ratio of infinity? That'll do!
10. Andrew Wiggins earns to coveted 10th spot on the list, which goes to one of the worst games of the week. It took Wiggins twenty-four shots and six free throws to get to seventeen points! He had more turnovers than assists and racked up five fouls. Candidly he would have helped his team more had he fouled out.
