The following is a case study done on Allan Houston’s shooting efficiency and production during the 1999-2000 NBA season. During this season Allan Houston was coached by Art Rondeau before various games, utilizing Art’s “Mental Zone Program” based on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). This study shows Allan Houston’s performance was dramatically better in games in which he was prepared for by Art prior to the game.

The Pistons took care of business and re-signed Andre Drummond. It was a decision on par with falling off a log. However, they've made a few other moves, that, combined with the age curve mean the Pistons are sitting pretty in the East.

Last season the Knicks just barely missed the playoffs. And by barely, I mean they were twelve wins out and finished bottom three in their conference. With a surplus of salary cap thanks to the new television deal and a plethora of moves, are the Knicks in better shape next season? I don't think so, but, of course, I could be wrong.

NBA Free Agency is upon us, so we get together to talk some of the minor moves many NBA teams have made and, of course, the major move the Warriors made. In case you missed it, the Warriors are getting Kevin Durant.

There is so much going on in NBA Free Agency. I could go forever, so in an attempt to stay succinct, I'm going to limit myself to five topics.
